How fast we reply

Within opening hours, usually inside an hour. Overnight requests are answered from 08:00.

Same-day slots

Two slots a day are held until 16:00 for trekkers arriving on the Nayapul jeep. For those, call or WhatsApp rather than using the form.

Deposits

None for single therapies. Packages over NPR 15,000 and Panchakarma need a 25% deposit to hold the therapists.

Cancellation

Free up to 12 hours before a single therapy, 48 hours before a package or programme.

Before you book

Tell us about pregnancy, medication, recent surgery, heart conditions or diabetes in the notes field. Most of the time we adapt the therapy; occasionally we will suggest you see a doctor first, and we would rather say that before you arrive.
