Most of our membership is not tourists — it is Pokhara residents from the Mahendrapul and New Road side who come every week or fortnight and treat this as maintenance rather than a treat. It is a fifteen-minute ride across town, and our 08:00 and 08:30 slots exist for people who want a session before opening the shop or the office.

Mahendrapul & New Road guests
Pokhara residents on the monthly membership, shopkeepers and office staff on the early slots, and patients referred for Panchakarma follow-up.
Local tip
Members get first refusal on the 08:00 and 08:30 slots and pay Nepali resident rates year-round, including October and November when Lakeside prices everywhere go up. Panchakarma is easier to run for residents than visitors — you sleep in your own bed and keep the prescribed diet at home.
