About us
Prakritik has been on Barahi Path since 2014, opened by Dr. Sushmita Bhattarai after six years in a hospital Ayurveda department — on the premise that Pokhara had plenty of oil massage and very little actual Ayurveda. Authentic Ayurvedic spa in Lakeside, Pokhara. Abhyanga full body massage, Shirodhara, Panchakarma detox and Annapurna trekker recovery therapy from certified Ayurvedic therapists.
Every guest is assessed before they are treated, the oils come from licensed pharmacies with batch certificates, and the price you were quoted is the price you pay. Whether you need muscle tension relief after the trail or a full Panchakarma programme, the plan is written for you rather than read off a menu.

Dr. Sushmita Bhattarai (BAMS, 16 years) screens every Panchakarma guest personally — and declines roughly one in seven on medical grounds.

Every rate is published on the therapy and package pages. Nobody will suggest an upgrade on the table, and a service charge is already included.
