Voucher terms, in plain words
How long is a gift voucher valid?
Twelve months from the date of issue. If it lapses by a few weeks we will honour it anyway — tell us at booking rather than quietly not coming.
Can it be used against any treatment?
Any therapy, package or membership month. If the treatment costs more than the voucher, the balance is payable on the day; if it costs less, the remainder stays on the voucher.
Is it transferable?
Yes. Vouchers are bearer instruments — whoever holds it can redeem it, so treat it like cash.
How do I get it to someone abroad?
We issue a PDF the same day for email, or a printed card on textured paper for collection. There is no delivery charge either way.
